Dr. Indla Ramasubba Reddy completed his MD and DPM in psychiatry from the prestigious Central government Institute, NIMHANS. He has been the Past President of Indian Psychiatric Society and is the first Indian to head SAARC Psychiatric Federation. He is considered one of the doyens in Indian Psychiatry. He is a pioneer in creating awareness on psychological disorders and had travelled extensively in the backward areas of Andhra and Telangana to reduce stigma and promote awareness. He authored numerous books in Telugu on psychological issues and promotion of wellness in the community. Due to his unrelenting efforts, psychiatry and Dr. Indla are household names in Andhra Pradesh. He founded VIMHANS and is currently running the Organization for more than 3 decades now.
Dr.Vishal completed his MD and DNB in psychiatry from the prestigious Central government Institute, NIMHANS. He was awarded the Silver Jubilee Award and the gold medal for being the topper in the MD Psychiatry exam at NIMHANS in 2005. He received the World Psychiatric Association Fellowship Award for the year 2007 at Melbourne, Australia. He has many research publications in international medical journals and serves on the Editorial board of various scientific journals. He has been invited to numerous psychiatric conferences and PG CME’s as guest faculty. He is currently the President of Indian Psychiatric Society, Andhra State Chapter He received the 12th Teacher’s Young Achievers Club recognition award in the year 2013. Dr. Vishal is currently working as the chief psychiatrist at VIMHANS hospital, a Post graduate teaching institution, at Vijayawada. He is also the Director of ICGC, Indlas Child Guidance Clinics with branches in Mumbai and Vijayawada, which are exclusive speciality clinics for child and adolescent wellness. He has conducted numerous workshops in schools and colleges for students and their parents on various aspects of child development and motivation. He has authored a book titled “Good parents, Good children” in telugu which was later translated into kannada too. He also co authored a book on parenting along with a famous celebrity writer Sri Yandamoori Veerendranath Garu.
Dr. Manjiri completed her DNB Psychiatry from Vijayawada Institute Of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences (VIMHANS), following which she pursued her Fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at VIMHANS through NTR University. In Mumbai, she worked as a senior resident at T.N.M.C and B.Y.L Medical College, Mumbai. She has done extensive research in the field of Child psychiatry, which she is passionate about. She has done numerous workshops on motivating children and in the areas of Stress Management , emotional intelligence and Cognitive behaviour therapy. She has been invited as faculty in many child psychiatry conferences. She also conducts workshops in schools for students and teachers and also parenting workshops. She has written articles in journals on various child psychiatry topics.
Her areas of interest are anxiety disorders, CBT, adolescent behavioural issues. Her love for children and her managerial skills are her strengths.
With a keen interest in child and adolescent psychiatry, she heads ICGC, Mumbai since its inception and is very keen to reach out and help more kids and families.
Dr. Vundi. Manasa Ram has done her MBBS in Andhra Medical College and M.D. (psychiatry) in Government Hospital For Mental Care(Institute Of Mental Health, Center for Excellence), Andhra Medical College, Visakhapatnam.This is a tertiary care hospital for Psychiatry, well known as Vizag mental hospital . After post-graduation she worked as a senior resident in the same institute. Later she pursued her post doctoral fellowship in Child And Adolescent Psychiatry at VIMHANS (NTR University Of Health Sciences). She has done extensive research to fulfill her compassion in Child Psychiatry. She has been the panelist in Times group seminar on Career Guidance. Determined to provide outstanding service and care to children, listening to parent?s concerns and treating for overall well-being of children.Conferred with clients? family and relative to discuss about the mental health problems of the patient.Empathetic to facilitate discussions and conversations with parents to analyze the scope of their child's problem and to encourage them to have a treatment and to cope with their problems.
Clinical interests: Autism, ADHD,Dyslexia, Anxiety disorders, mood disorders,depression and co-morbid substance use disorders in Adolescents. Mood dysregulation, impulse dyscontrol, and non-suicidal self-injury. Behaviours in children and adolescents, and effective treatment interventions psychosocial interventions in the care of the child, youth and family. Including psychopharmacology and cognitive therapy. Presented research articles - In national and international conferences.

Mr. Rama Rao holds a bachelor degree in Special Education in Mental Retardation along with a diploma in Special Education (MR)
His key skills include designing appropriate teaching learning materials to promote learning among students with special needs. His areas of expertise include designing Individualized Education Program (IEP) and behavioural modification in children with special needs.
He has been an invaluable asset to ICGC Vijayawada right from its inception
She has been working with ICGC for last 2 yrs. I m currently persuing SYBAMMC. Her designation at ICGC is an Administrator. Her hobbies are dancing and doing creative stuff. She enjoys spending time with children. She helps out in the creative stuff of the clinic and also assists the therapists as and when needed. Her excellent interpersonal skills, bonding with parents, very friendly nature and creative mindset has made her a favourite amongst parents and kids. She ensures smooth functioning of clinic, therapies and appointments and is excellent at her work
Dr. Sonali Parmar, is an Occupational Therapist and has varied experience in the pediatrics for the last 2 years. She has worked with kids with various developmental disorders, Autism spectrum disorders, learning disabilities, intellectual disabilities, cerebral palsy, Downs syndromes etc. She has done bachelor in occupational therapy from Seth G. S. Medical college and KEM hospital.
Bachelor of Intellectual Disability Thakur Hari Prasad Institute of Research & Rehabilitation for the Mentally Handicapped.
Experience of 6 years as special educator and Speech therapist in treating adult, child with language and speech disorders.Capable of planning and executing assessments with speech and language disorders.
Experience in treating children with special needs with ABA, diagnosing, intervention, planning, social skill training, group therapies for children with behavioral issues, developmental delay, Autism, and planning IEP for special children.
Experience in treating children with remedial training for learning disabilities and difficulties children.
Exposure in occupational therapy.
K. Kalavathi has done her D.Ed in special education at Priyadarshini College of Special Education, SR Puram. Registered with RCI, Delhi. Later pursued her Special B.Ed in Uma manovikasa Educational and Technological society. She has experience of working as trainer for kids with special needs at various institutes from last 5 yrs. She is more dedicated and focussed to burn her skills to show improvement in children coming to our centre for various therapies
